The Plan

We co-create a goal-focused roadmap that includes education and budgeting.

The Result

Pillars guarantees rent to landlords while the family works toward full independence.

Our Current Impact

  • From 1 Bedroom to a Home: Successfully transitioned a family of four from an overcrowded apartment to a fully renovated house with modern amenities.

  • Bridge Support: Provided critical housing payment assistance to a local widowed family, preventing displacement during a time of transition.

  • Safe Transitions: Facilitated temporary lodging and goal-setting for individuals awaiting permanent apartment placement.

  • Future Foundation: Signed a management agreement for a local apartment complex to significantly increase our capacity starting in early 2027.

For Landlords: “A Partnership You Can Trust”

  • Guaranteed Rent: Payments are made directly by Pillars.
  • Vetted Tenants: Families are mentored and held accountable to a program.
  • Support System: If an issue arises, the landlord has a direct line to a Pillars volunteer/staff member.
